| Komatsu PC200-7 excavator maintenance
For new excavator,after 250h working,diesel fuel filter should be changed,also checking the clearance of engine valve.
1. Maintenance every 250h
(1) Check oil level in Oil Sump,add enough oil;
(2) Check the oil level in final transmission case,add gear oil;
(3) Check electrolyte level in storage battery,if it’s lower than low level,don’t use battery anymore,otherwise it will speed up internal metamorphism in battery and shorten battery’s life.
(4) Check and adjust the compressor belt tension of air conditioner , press your finger between the drive pulley and compressor pulley, bending from 5 to 8 mm is standard.
2. Maintenance every 500h
(1) Carry on 250h maintenance;
(2) Lubricate slewing bearings;
(3) Lubricate the working device;
